There is a vicious cycle that we put ourselves through everytime we try to lose weight. We get to a point that we just can't stand it anymore so we decide that we have to do something. We either pick a fad diet to follow or jump into a dfy progrom and follow along. It goes great for a few days or maybe even weeks. But then life happens. We start reverting back to our old habits. We don't have the time and energy to put into it so we just stop. The progress we made eventually fades. We justify our efforts and excuses until the next time we look in the mirror and think, ok this time I'm really gonna do it. Sound familiar?
